TECHNOLOGY EXPO
Hosted by Ivy Tech Community College
The Public Education Foundation Technology Expo is to be an annual event that highlights students, grades 3 through 12, in the area of technological innovation and application. Students will have an opportunity to present and compete in a variety of categories. Additionally, students, teachers, administrators, and the community will be provided the opportunity to advance their digital knowledge by attending workshops, displays, and product presentations. This event is dedicated to the engagement of students, their families and the community.
The 2008 Technology Expo is designed as an introduction to an expanded format in 2009 that will be open to all students, grades 3 through 12, in Evansville and Vanderburgh County. Our future vision is to develop this as an annual regional event in which students will present, compete and expand their exposure to advancing technology.
The Public Education Foundation of Evansville, Inc. is proud to present Hall Davidson of Discovery Education as this year's EXPO keynote speaker. Hall is the director of Discovery Education and a graduate of Harrison High School.
